Taxi’s
In London, most people use UBER or BOLT phone app to call a cab. Download and sign up using a smart phone. Type in your destination to request a driver (they will automatically know your location using your mobile location). the driver name and car registration will be provided so you can check you’re getting in the right car. Most taxi’s arrive in 5-10 minutes.
If you want to use public Transport, download the CITYMAPPER app to your phone and set your location to London. When you enter your destination the app will tell you the best route, which bus stop or train station, which bus or train to board and where to alight.
Hotel Suggestions
Look for hotels on Last Minute or Booking. This part of London is not so big (or scary) as you might imagine, and a taxi from anywhere in the general area is very convenient and easy using the uber app.
